STEP 5: Understand the required appointment deposit:

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for each pet’s appointment.
  • The deposit applies to your total clinic fees.
  • If you cancel or miss the appointment, the $20 deposit is lost and becomes a donation.
  • FREE surgery appointments require a deposit. The deposit may be used for additional services, left as a donation, or will be refunded on surgery day. If you have multiple cats that qualify for the free surgeries and the deposit is a hardship for you, please leave a message by phone to speak with us.

STEP 6: Use the e-appointment system to request an appointment.

  • You will need a debit or credit card to complete this process.
  • The system will not allow you to request an appointment if there are no surgery slots available for your type of pet.
  • You will receive TWO emails after your appointment is confirmed — one with information about the appointment and one with a link to the Intake & Consent form.
  • Click the NORTH or SOUTH button below depending on your location and date selection from list above.
